  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine the requirements for metal fabrication.
  • Measure, cut, bend, and shape stainless steel sheets, plates, and pipes using various tools and equipment.
  • Assemble and weld metal components to form structures and machinery.
  • Install fabricated stainless-steel components and systems in accordance with safety and quality standards.
  • Perform regular maintenance, repairs, and modifications on existing stainless-steel equipment and structures.
  • Ensure all installations comply with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
  • Inspect and test fabricated components to ensure they meet specified tolerances and quality standards.
  • Identify and address any defects or issues in the fabrication process.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and repairs.
Fabricator Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in stainless steel metal fabrication, preferably in a food manufacturing or processing environment.
  • Experience with welding (TIG, MIG), cutting, grinding, and other metalworking techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of stainless-steel properties and metal fabrication techniques.
  • Proficiency in using fabrication tools and equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of safety procedures and compliance regulations related to food processing.
Pay for Fabricator: Starting at $25+/hr. dependent on experience.Fabricator Benefits:
