WHAT TO EXPECT AS OUR JOURNEYMAN SALES AND SERVICE ELECTRICIAN

THE SCHEDULE:

You typically work from Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, with some flexibility.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your role involves delivering exceptional service that exceeds client expectations, encouraging referrals and repeat business. Efficiently handling service appointments with clear communication and the use of ServiceTitan, you follow our service steps by greeting clients, diagnosing electrical issues, and performing high-quality repairs. During each visit, you conduct a thorough property assessment and present clients with Gold, Silver, and Bronze options on your tablet, including immediate repair needs and additional enhancements to add value to their property. You aim to complete necessary repairs on the spot while upselling non-urgent, larger projects for future installation, driving sales for our company. After completing your work, you meticulously clean the area, ensuring everything is better than when you arrived, and leave the client fully satisfied with the service

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

  • Journeyman electrician license in MA
  • Sales skills with the ability to explain options and financing programs to clients
  • Technical troubleshooting and repair skills
  • Reliable and coachable spirit
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's license

OSHA certifications and ServiceTitan experience are preferred but not required.
