Duties:
- Prepare detailed estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment costs.
- Conduct site visits to gather information and make accurate assessments of project requirements.
- Utilize industry-standard software such as Xactimate to generate estimates.
- Negotiate with contractors and suppliers to secure the best possible pricing for our projects.
- Collaborate with construction management teams to ensure that estimates align with project objectives.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project costs and schedules.
- Monitor and control project expenses to ensure that they stay within budget.
- Conduct cost analyses and make recommendations for cost reductions.
- Work with clients to present the construction estimates
- Provide support to construction site teams, ensuring that all aspects of the project are properly executed.
- Work with construction teams on scheduled walk throughs to ensure projects are progressing according to original estimate.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Experience:
- General Construction: 5 years (Required)
- Insurance Claims (a plus)
License/Certification:

Ability to Commute:
· Spokane and Kootenai County
- Experience with insurance claims a plus.
- Experience with construction management and project estimation.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costs.
- Proficiency in Exactimate, with the ability to use these software tools effectively.
- Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to secure competitive pricing for our projects.
- Strong cost control skills, with the ability to manage project expenses effectively.
- Experience working on construction sites, with a focus on project management and construction management.
- Ability to build strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication skills to ensure communication between company, construction team and client.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan and execute projects effectively.
- Familiarity with construction contracts and the ability to interpret and manage these agreements effectively.
