OverviewOur client is seeking a patient-focused Physical Therapist to provide exceptional physical therapy with measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care, have a Doctorate or Masters in Physical Therapy, a valid Physical Therapy License, and be committed to making diversity, equity, and inclusion a priority within a diverse workforce. Key Responsibilities● Provide excellent health care for patients● Evaluate new patients and develop plans of care● Treat patients and set measurable, functional goals● Educate patients on treatment options and home exercises● Supervise aides and monitor patient progress● Address pain management as a crucial component of care● Determine when to discharge patients and teach proper mechanics and strategies● Write timely and accurate documentation● Achieve a reasonable level of productivity● Participate in research studies and help develop protocols● Give input on policies, procedures, and strategy● Handle patient feedback and complaints promptly and professionally● Continuing skills development by staying updated in the latest research and techniques
Schedule and Shift Details● Clinic Hours M_F 7 AM - 7 PM, Schedule flexible within hours of operation
