In this position you will make an impact by participating in all aspects of the firm’s recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting talent to on-boarding, as well as retention efforts.  Candidates who are eager to learn, able to prioritize projects, collaborate with others, learn new technologies and communicate with candidates and colleagues will thrive in this position. 


Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Partner with firm leaders to identify recruiting needs and work collaboratively to deliver on those needs.
  • Prepare and post job postings.
  • Review resumes and conduct phone screens.
  • Identify, source, and attract qualified professionals utilizing creative sourcing techniques for both active and passive candidates.
  • Build and maintain candidate pools of strong former candidates and new prospective candidates.
  • Create an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Coordinate and attend college career fairs to represent and recruit for the firm.
  • Assist with new employee on-boarding to foster understanding of the firm’s culture.
  • Participate in the summer internship program.
  • Assist with retention efforts, such as event planning.
  • Assist with firm marketing efforts. 
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed. 

 

Qualified candidates will have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 2+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Familiar with hiring practices and stages
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal
  • Possess strong computer skills, including MS Office
  • Experience utilizing recruiting software and social media for sourcing candidates

 

Work Hours – Normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 40 hours, flexible schedules available.  Hours outside normal business hours will be expected to attend recruiting events.  In-office or hybrid work environment available.
