InnerSourced Solutions is seeking to hire a part-time therapist to provide individual and family sessions for children, adolescents, and their families.  This is a contract, part-time position with full-time potential.  Part-time positions require a minimum of 10 billable hours per week of direct client contact each week. Full-time positions require a minimum of 25 billable hours or direct client contact per week. There is also a possibility for this to be a full-time, W-2 position. Must be available for all in person or remote clinical supervision or consultation. 


Sessions may temporarily be provided virtually due to Covid 19 through 2025, pursuant to current COMAR regulations. Applicants MUST be able and willing to provide face to face sessions in the office if the client/parent/guardian desires.

Your Responsibilities 

  • Schedule appointments with clients according to program standards
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
  • Provide weekly individual and/or family sessions to clients using various therapeutic modalities
  • Provide complete and timely documentation to support services rendered in our HIPAA-compliant, cloud-based EMR system. 
  • Effectively communicate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams in a timely and respectful manner
  • Uphold with high regard, the confidentiality of clients and follow all HIPPA guidelines
  • Strict adherence to COMAR and CARF standards both in practice and in documentation

 

Requirements:

 

  • Master's in a behavioral health field (social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy) or Doctorate in Psychology
  • Active License in the State of Maryland as a LMSW, LSCW-C, LGPC, LPC, LCMFT, LGMFT
  • Must complete CAQH application or provide pdf of CAQH profile data
  • Must possess or obtain Malpractice Insurance
  • Must possess or obtain certification in First Aid and CPR.
  • Must pass background checks
  • Possess an active Maryland driver’s license & reliable personal vehicle
