As the Director of Scheduling you will support construction operations by providing the tools, training, and support necessary to promote best-in-class scheduling performance.

Requirements -

  • A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of industrial, healthcare, food & beverage, mission critical, or advanced manufacturing scheduling
  • Expert proficiency in scheduling software (P6, MS Project, & 4D) is required.
  • Familiar with the DCMA 14-point schedule health assessment & understand Lead Construction methodologies.
  • Willing to travel up to 50% of the time.

What You’ll Do -

  • Provide training to the regional schedulers & field teams on the use of scheduling tools that is consistent with client's scheduling standard practices
  • Developing and deploy construction project scheduling and planning resources across all offices and projects
  • Monitor scheduling trends across the project portfolio and develop action plans as needed to improve project schedule performance
  • Provide guidance and develop a national operations schedule data analytics strategy
  • Assist with the hiring and onboarding of Scheduling Engineers
  • Assist project teams and regions with monitoring and interpreting schedule health dashboards and performance reports
  • Capture and analyze completed project schedule data to assist Data Analytics team with fostering an environment of “continuous improvement”
