The Client Relations Assistant reports to the Client Relations Manager (RM) and is responsible for:
- Supporting the RM to consistently grow the portfolio of clients and represent Brightstar Care in the community.
- Working with the RM to enhance the satisfaction of our clients by providing high-level customer service through timely, accurate service implementation, communication, and coordination.
- Working with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and other providers in the senior care industry.
- Identify, develop and maintain referral sources.
- Attend events in the community to increase community awareness of our mission and values.
- Perform any other duty assigned by the RM.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma required
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Social Work, business management or communications, preferred
- Ability to generate leads and monitor referrals, maintaining and building relationships with new and existing contacts
- A minimum of one year experience in the home healthcare industry, preferred
- Strong at persuasive and educational writing and speaking skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, multi-tasking and problem solving
- Comfortable with closing/asking for business
- Exhibit outstanding organizational skills and a service attitude towards the community
- Excellent written and oral skills.
- Requires valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance
