We are looking for an organized and proactive Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Kirkland. This role is crucial in supporting our events team through effective management of tools and systems necessary for the flawless execution of events.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. System Management: Oversee and optimize event registration systems to ensure a smooth attendee experience.
  2. Tool Support: Provide support for event management tools, including troubleshooting and user training.
  3. Event Build-Out: Collaborate with the team to design and implement event layouts and experiences.
  4. Executive Scheduling: Manage tools for scheduling executive meetings, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  5. Template Design: Develop and maintain a suite of event templates to streamline planning and execution.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align event objectives and deliverables.
  7. Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors to secure the necessary tools and systems for events.
  8. Reporting: Generate reports on event metrics and tool usage to inform future event strategies.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of proven experience in event coordination, preferably within a fast-paced agency environment.
  • High proficiency in using event registration software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a strong eye to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a strong capability to work collaboratively.
