B2B - Customer Relationship Specialist I - Casino

The B2B Casino Customer Relationship Specialists are essential to The United States Playing Card Company’s Casino Sales organization, representing our industry-leading brands daily to the largest casinos in the world. They are leaders who possess strong communication skills on the phone, via email and in-person. They are caretakers of relationships with customers that may have been established decades ago, and builders of new relationships as new stakeholders develop.
What you’ll do as a B2B - Customer Relationship Specialist I – Casino:
- Learn all aspects of products, the USPC ordering process, and the customer service experience that differentiates our brands from the competition.
- Arrange for freight to destinations worldwide.
- Coordinate with customer, account manager, operations, and logistics team to ensure that casino orders are delivered on time as specified and in compliance with all regulations.
- Communicate and fully inform account executive, customer, and internal cross-functional partners throughout the customer experience.
- Manage all aspects of repeat orders from existing customers.
- Manager customer and USPC inventory for casinos
- Anticipate customer needs and meet transactional quality goals.
We’re looking for a B2B - Customer Relationship Specialist I – Casino with:
- A strong desire to continually grow and expand their skills to deliver world-class customer service.
- Ability to create a positive customer experience if the customer has an issue or complaint that needs to be solved.
- Self-discipline and drive and ability to work effectively in a team.
- 3-5 years of customer service experience/sales assistance
- Experience with international logistics
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and respond to changes in demands and customer needs, accurately and quickly.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Project management skill, including ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
- CRM system experience (such as salesforce) and MS Office
- SAP experience preferred.

Physical requirements/working conditions:
Our manufacturing Plant is comprised of enclosed office and manufacturing space. This position requires the ability to:
- Move throughout the entire facility to attend to various issues.
- Work effectively in teams across functional groups with strong communication skills and the ability to lead.
- Perform sedentary work on various computer systems.
- This Customer Relationship Specialist position is located on-site in our Erlanger, KY facility.
