Responsibilities:

- Maintain a neat and tidy host stand and lobby area.
- Communicate effectively with managers and servers to ensure efficient seating and service.
- Monitor dining room occupancy and adjust seating accordingly.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and ambiance throughout the restaurant.
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to assist others.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods of the day and lift up to 20lbs.
- Food Handlers Certification is required.
