Job Summary:


As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing outstanding customer service and resolving inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Your primary responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.




Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Interaction:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain a friendly and empathetic tone throughout customer interactions.
Problem-Solving:

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, and selecting and explaining the best solution.
  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken to resolve customer concerns.
Data Management:

  • Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests as needed.
Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about product updates and best practices.
  • Provide feedback on customer issues to help improve processes and products.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
