Thompson First Group is seeking an Inventory Clerk for a temporary to hire opportunity with a local client in Aston, PA.

Candidates with a background working in manufacturing or warehouse setting completing inventory cycle counts, and have operated a forklift are encouraged to apply.

The inventory clerk will maintain and monitor inventory, order stock and supplies in a timely manner, investigate inventory problems and propose solutions, conduct inventory counts, and assist with material movement.

Description of Duties/Responsibilities

  • Maintaining inventory records, ensuring all inventory is accounted for daily.
  • Reconcile book records and manager all weekly, monthly, and yearly audits.
  • Create a program to recoup damaged and defective products.
  • Maintain tight security along with cycle counts, audits, and invoices.
  • Communicate all discrepancies and problem area to managers for review.
