We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Member Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service and support to our valued members. You will serve as the main point of contact, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all members. Your responsibilities will include addressing member inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing guidance and assistance with account management, product information, and general inquiries.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to members, answering inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and courteously
  • Assist members with account management, such as opening new accounts, updating personal information, and ordering checks
  • Process and analyze member requests, including credit applications, loan inquiries, and financial transactions
  • Actively promote and cross-sell company products and services to meet member needs and goals
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain strong working knowledge of company products, services, and promotions
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office Suite
  • Familiarity with banking and financial software systems is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
