We are looking for a technical candidate with skills in negotiation and media management, planning of on media actions. The profile must have good relationship building, organization and adaptability skills. We are looking for someone who works with research tools for decision making . Do not have to know all of them, but should be familiar with them and any experience working with them are plus points.

It is essential to know the different media available within the current media landscape, both digital and physical, as well as the advertising offer of the same (formats, options and prices), together with the technology necessary for the correct performance of advertising campaigns, always ensuring the planned results and maintaining the good relationship of the agency with the media. They must be familiar with concepts related to Branding KPIs (Coverage, Universe, Penetration, Affinity, Territory, Contacts...) and digital KPIs (Reach, Impressions, Views, VTR, DOOH...).

We are looking for people with a certain degree of self-management, as the work will be done remotely to a high percentage, and who also seek high levels of demandingness for their professional performance, with a clear focus on achieving the objectives indicated by their supervisor.

The profile sought must be comfortable in the following areas:

Media planning
  • Knowledge of the current US media landscape
  • Management of external suppliers
  • Advertising technology applied to media buying, mainly Google.
  • Preparation of commercial proposals.
  • Organization
  • Negotiation
  • Ambition
  • Team management
  • Management of high budgets

It is desirable that the candidate has knowledge of:

  • Programmatic buying
  • Search, Social or Ecommerce

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
  • At least four years of experience in media planning is preferred, at least two of them leading a team.
