St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is looking for an experienced, technical system analyst/ administrator to support integrations and customizations within Monday.com. Monday.com is a new application St. Jude is bringing into their environment, primarily within the Strategic Enterprise Communications and this individual will work close with Strategic Enterprise Communications in supporting the Monday.com application. This individual should possess a deep, technical understanding of Monday.com and have proven experience supporting the application for end users. They will be responsible for requirement gathering, managing stakeholders with effective communication, and leading group settings. St. Jude is currently working directly with Monday.com for their implementation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Ability to build consensus and de-escalate customer and/or staff concerns.
Ability to lead groups and conduct meetings.
Ability to successfully negotiate and collaborate with others of different skill sets, backgrounds, and levels within the organization.
Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines for a specific project or focused area of responsibility
Previous experience with process documentation using Microsoft Visio process flow diagrams and/or swim lanes
Previous experience with ServiceNow or other similar incident management software
Ability to understand SQL and have basic query skills
