This is a temporary position expected to last approximately 4-8 weeks and is 100% onsite at our Bohemia, NY office. The pay for this position will be $20 per hour.
This position requires a U.S Person or a person who can qualify for a Department of State or Department of Commerce License.
Position Summary:
The Intern for Product Assurance will provide essential clerical support to the Product Assurance team. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain exposure to the field of quality assurance in a manufacturing or production environment. The intern will assist in maintaining accurate records, organizing documentation, and performing routine administrative tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency and quality control of our products.
Key Position Accountabilities:
- Assist with the organization and scanning of shop floor travelers and other production documents.
- Maintain and update product assurance records, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and easily accessible.
- Support the filing and archiving of quality-related documents, both in physical and digital formats.
- Perform data entry tasks, inputting information into quality assurance databases and systems.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of reports and other documentation as required.
- Provide general administrative support to the Product Assurance team, including scheduling meetings, taking notes, and managing correspondence.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and complete tasks accurately.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Interest in learning more about quality assurance and product assurance processes.
- Dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to take on a variety of tasks and learn new skills.
- Previous experience in an office or clerical role is a plus.
