Job Responsibilities:

  • Routing invoices for proper coding and approval
  • Entering invoices into accounting database(s)
  • Process invoicing with/without POs
  • 3-way PO match for invoices
  • Reconciling Vendor Statements
  • Miscellaneous Payables research
  • Follow-up on stalled invoices (awaiting approval, coding, or other information on POs)
  • Handling internal/external inquiries related to invoices
  • Additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • 1-2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • 10-key by touch
