Job Posting: Receptionist at Josh Brown State Farm

Location: Lincoln Park, Chicago, IL

We are dedicated to creating a supportive and dynamic work environment, and we are currently seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our Lincoln Park team.

Position: Receptionist

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff members.
  • Manage scheduling and appointment booking for clients.
  • Perform administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about our services.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front office area.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
