Sales and Customer Support Associate

We are a burgeoning, privately owned sales and marketing enterprise located in the vibrant Kansas City region, catering to a diverse clientele of over 5,000 customers spanning the nation. Presently, we are in search of a collaborative and solution-driven Sales and Customer Support Associate to enrich our ranks. This Sales and Customer Support Associate role constitutes a full-time, entry-level position with comprehensive training and compensation commensurate with experience.
If you embody teamwork and possess a fervor for sports, our Sales and Customer Support Associate team offers an ideal environment. We thrive on a culture of healthy competition and prioritize the professional advancement of our Sales and Customer Support Associate team members. Ultimately, we seek a congenial and motivated Sales and Customer Support Associate who embraces stepping beyond their comfort zone to engage our clientele in discussions regarding our extensive array of products and services.
Key Responsibilities of the Sales and Customer Support Associate:
- Engage potential customers adeptly by addressing inquiries regarding products and services, adeptly closing sales directly with clients' leads.
- Manage customer inquiries, orders, and complaints efficiently and courteously.
- Offer product recommendations tailored to customers’ needs, actively pursuing opportunities for upselling products and services.
- Compile and analyze customer information to generate comprehensive product or service reports.
- Contribute collaboratively to team objectives, ensuring the attainment of collective goals.
- Stay abreast of the latest product offerings, maintaining an up-to-date knowledge base.
- Execute any additional duties as delegated by senior management as required.
Key Requirements of the Sales and Customer Support Associate:
- Demonstrates a positive demeanor and possesses exceptional communication abilities.
- Proficient in the principles and procedures governing exemplary customer service.
- Exhibits product knowledge, coupled with a focus on quality, adept problem-solving skills, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Equipped with a high school diploma or its equivalent.
- Aligned with company values and committed to upholding standards of integrity.
- Displays outstanding verbal and interpersonal communication skills, coupled with a high degree of professionalism.
- Capable of functioning seamlessly within a team environment or autonomously as required.
