Summary: We are looking for an Ecommerce Merchandising Associate to improve and expand our ecommerce business, with an emphasis on solving business critical problems through data analysis and visualization. As a Merchandising Associate, you will have the opportunity to partner with teams across the organization to identify trends and develop actionable plans to help drive revenue. This role uses visual and data analysis to track if sales changes are a result of pop culture trend, design direction, or white space in the e-commerce market. This person should actively engage with relevant fandoms for key licenses.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze weekly and monthly selling reports to identify any changes (week over week, month over month) across designs and licenses and articulate what (if any) steps should be taken to grow, or recover, sales on e-commerce platforms.
  • Proactively perform product analysis and data exploration to discover actionable insights that help business units make informed decisions.
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive pricing, and customer behavior to make data informed recommendations.
  • Complete market research to ensure we are in line with the competitive landscape.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain databases and dashboards that are accessible to stakeholders.
  • Work with managers and stakeholders across different teams to identify, analyze, and improve network trends.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Experience working in timeline driven environments.
  • Minimum 60 WPM with Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge and experience using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator programs.
  • Must be process oriented, well organized with outstanding time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
