Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPosition: Converting Supervisor Location: Houston, TX Position Summary:The Converting Supervisor will Supervise the operations of the flexo folder gluers and die cutters, supervising the day to day functions of 15-20 full time team members. Position Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the safe operation of the converting equipment and must be an expert in running converting equipment specific to rotary die cutters, flexo folder gluers and slitters.
  • Ensure the maintenance of the highest standards around quality and safety.
  • Conduct weekly safety meetings with Tem, coordinate with Superintendent and Maintenance Leadership to ensure maintenance and preventative maintenance programs are complete.
Experience and Education Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years within the corrugated industry specifically in supervision running flexos, folder gluers and die cutter..
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to work with computers, specifically Microsoft and also be comfortable with systems integration.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required.
