Cali Kids Dental/Next Level Dental in Auburn, CA is seeking an enthusiastic and dependable individual to the face of our practice. As the first point of contact for our patients, your cheerful demeanor and welcoming smile will set the tone for their visit. Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Monday-Friday - no weekends
  • Full-time: 8:00am-5:00pm

Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in computer skills and experience with dental software a plus
  • Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work well independently as well as part of a team
  • A cheerful attitude and a genuine smile are a must

Responsibilities Include

  • Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor as they arrive at the office.
  • Manage patient appointments and maintain the office schedule to ensure efficient operations.
  • Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally, providing information and scheduling appointments as needed
  • Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with billing and payment inquiries
  • Maintain a clean and organized front office area
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient experiences
