The Warehouse Office Associate is primarily responsible for order control, and customer service between sites, carriers and customers (internal and external). Must be VERY knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel



This will be a 2nd shift position: 12:00pm - 830pm

What you will do:

  • Interact with logistics companies to schedule carriers and freight issue resolution
  • Release of orders to warehouse team, correcting errors, and communicating to the sales teams for order corrections
  • Monitor emails and calls as they come in and respond in a professional and timely manner
  • Complete custom documentation to the required standards for our company and customers
  • Run daily reports and ensure all shipments are complete & ready for billing
  • Promote improvement and supporting safety
  • Answer incoming phone calls and the lobby door
  • Other duties as assigned

Preferred:

  • 1-2 years of shipping experience
  • Experience working in warehouse
