We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team. This role involves picking, packing and shipping products in our climate-controlled packing area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, reordering supplies, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick, pack, and ship products with an average weight of 5lbs and a maximum weight of 50lbs.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in reordering warehouse supplies as needed.
  • Keep the warehouse and packing area clean, organized, and efficient.
  • Repack items for resale to ensure product integrity.
  • Communicate effectively with delivery personnel and warehouse supply vendors.
  • Ensure all shipping activities comply with company standards and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and handle boxes up to 50lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Reliable transportation to and from the office.
  • Good communication skills for interacting with delivery personnel, vendors and coworkers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
