Position Summary:
This position will support the organization by entering, monitoring, and analyzing master EBS and PLM data within the organization. The Senior Analyst will strictly adhere to current standards in system integrity that are set within the organization.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Works closely with the other members of the Master Data Management team to ensure that data integrity issues are identified and resolved in an efficient and timely manner.
• Ensures master data integrity in key system master data (Oracle EBS ERP and Oracle Agile PLM) as well as maintaining the processes to support the data quality.
• Works with director to define and implement data strategy, policies, controls, and programs to ensure the data is accurate, complete, and reliable.
• Works closely with various Departments teams (Mfg. Engineering, Engineering, Warehouse, Supply Chain etc.) to input and maintain Master Data elements.
• Assists in the development and documentation of processes with other functional data owners to support ongoing maintenance and data integrity.
• Reviews and approves or rejects change objects in the PLM system to verify that attributes are filled in and consistent with the current lifecycle and business process.
• Importation of data into the PLM system to update attributes as required.
• Create and use data loader definitions to update EBS Data Attributes as part of implementation phase in the PLM system.
• Can solve a range of complex problems by analyzing possible solutions using advanced knowledge of Supply Chain and Lifecycle Management
• Use SQL as required to query data from EBS and PLM tables to identify data integrity issues in both systems as well as between systems.
• Identify and test UAT requirements as new modules are modified /added to the PLM and / or EBS systems.
• Ability to work well with others at all levels within the organization.
Education and or Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Supply Chain experience (10+ Years).
• Strong Knowledge of ERP/ PLM systems, Agile PLM and Oracle EBS ERP preferred.
• Functional and working knowledge and clear understanding of the MRP process and how item attributes interact and effect system performance.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast pace and constantly changing environment within a team.
• Experienced using MS Office Suite
• Experience with Data loader and Query Tools (SQL preferred)
