As the Sales & Licensing Coordinator Intern at JUNK, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our wholesale and licensing activities. You will be responsible for overseeing data entry tasks and providing critical support to our sales and licensing teams. This position requires an individual who is exceptionally detail-oriented, accurate, and punctual, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Works directly with Head of Sales & Licensing to ensure all orders and products are accurately entered into and processed through JUNK Brands systems.
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service to customers through regular follow up and order entry
  • Accurately submit product and marketing assets for all licenses (i.e., NCAA, Marvel, and Warner Bros.) to licensor’s portal to obtain approval.
  • Acquire extensive product knowledge to speak in a passionate and accurate manner
  • Coordinate with sales, production, and fulfillment to ensure orders are shipped on time.
  • Maintains all required HR documentation
  • Upholds JUNK Brand’s values of acting with integrity, working together as a team and treating each other with respect
  • Perform data entry tasks, including but not limited to customer orders, licensing agreements, and sales transactions.
  • Maintain and organize sales and licensing records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with the sales and licensing teams to facilitate communication and information exchange.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed to support sales and licensing activities.
  • Assist in resolving customer and partner inquiries, demonstrating exceptional communication skills.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of sales and licensing strategies and initiatives.

  • Must have excellent time management skills.
  • Must be able to take direction from multiple personnel and excel in a team environment.
  • Detail oriented with excellent organizational, interpersonal, time and project management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task with multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to customers and JUNK team members.
  • Basic telemarketing skills

Education & Qualifications

  • 1+ years of relevant experience
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Apple equivalent.

Physical Requirements

  • Regularly required to sit, stand, reach, bend and move about the office
  • Required to have close visual acuity to perform computer tasks.
