Job DescriptionJob DescriptionTIG Welder/FabricatorDo you like working in a fast-paced environment? Are you looking for work in the Jeffersonville Area? Qualified Staffing is hiring for our client, a global supplier of process engineering and equipment company located in Jeffersonville, IN and we want you Schedule:
  • Monday through Friday: 6:30am-3:00pm
  • Overtime will be offered based on needs
Pay Rate:
  • $22.00 per hour (Or more depending on experience)
Responsibilities:
  • The ability to MIG and TIG weld with proficiency.
  • Ability to read and interpret prints and drawing with weld symbols.
  • Layout degree lines for fittings.
  • Metal forming, bending, and finishing.
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing operation.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing of steel or metal fabrication as it relates to tanks and fittings
  • Work in a safe, efficient, and organized manner.
  • Fabrication experience
  • TIG welding experience in stainless steel applications
  • Experience with GTAW and GMAW applications
  • Blueprint reading
  • Analytical skills
  • Use of powered hand tools
