Job Overview:


As the Human Resources Assistant - Shared Services, you will play a pivotal role in supporting various functions within the organization, including Human Resources, Finance, and IT, across multiple sites. This multifaceted role will require exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

This multifaceted position offers a unique blend of responsibilities, making it perfect for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a collaborative environment.  This position will report to the corporate HR lead and the site President.



Responsibilities:

  1. Human Resources Support:
    • Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
    • Facilitate onboarding and orientation processes for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the organization.
    • Manage and organize employee training records, including quality system and  safety compliance records. 
    • Maintain employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
    • Support HR initiatives such as performance management, employee engagement surveys, and training programs.
  2. Shared Services Coordination:
    • Serve as a primary point of contact for shared services inquiries and support across sister sites.
    • Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to streamline processes and address administrative needs efficiently.
    • Assist in financial data entry, invoice processing, and reconciliation tasks as needed.
  3. Administrative Support:
    • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for cross-functional teams.
    • Prepare and distribute internal communications, reports, and presentations.
    • Assist with shipping and receiving activities when necessary.
    • Assist with the coordination of company events, workshops, and training sessions.
    • Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, and office supply management.
