A Day in the Life as a Referrals Clerk: You will check referrals for accuracy and completion and input the information received by doctor’s offices into computer system. You will interact with patients, physicians and staff within the call center and outside facilities providing accurate, timely and responsive information. Our best Referrals Clerks have the opportunity to transition into other departments within our Call Center. You can expect to be scheduled Mondays-Fridays with shifts starting as early as 8am and ending as late as 6:30pm (8 hour shifts). No weekends

- You have previous experience working with patient referrals
To ensure success in this role, you must have…
- A high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years of age
- Previous relevant medical experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-10 / CPT coding experience
- Basic typing and keyboarding skills (minimum of 30 wpm)
- Excellent phone etiquette
You can expect to earn a starting rate of $13 hourly
