Responsibilities of a Sales Manager:

The primary role is to drive studio revenue and service the client base with excellent customer service while creating long term client loyalty. To include, but not limited to, Performing Sales Demos, Training, Marketing and other duties as needed to ensure all goals operationally and financially are achieved. This will be accomplished through the partnership & teamwork with the GM and Senior Management through the execution of the annual implementation strategy, management of companywide standards, and studio sales plan. The position will regularly proactively communicate with the Owner as well as corporate leadership as necessary and as scheduled.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

BS in Exercise Science or like field of study.
Proven success in generating personal sales & manage revenue streams.
Drive studio revenue through the implementation and execution of the company sales programs in new membership sales, daily sales activities, demo appointment goals and sales conversion goals.
Ability to work independently & collaboratively with management, peers, and general public.
Ability to coach and lead others to success.
Highly organized and proficient in data
Trustworthy, reliable, professional, punctual and neat
Proactively make decisions and lead staff to provide the highest level of Customer Satisfaction possible.
