Purpose: To assist the sales team in maximizing all display opportunities, sales and

distribution goals by minimizing out-of-stock situations.


Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the finest customer relations possible. All merchandisers must have the ability/skills to perform merchandising functions in any/all retail accounts on a daily basis and adhere to daily assigned schedule.
  • Stock and sticker coolers and warm shelves as directed.
  • Execute rotation/code date policies of all products as directed.
  • Assist sales representatives in building/maintaining displays.
  • Consistently and properly enter any/all start/end times/mileage and daily tasks through the appropriate Paylocity system and Encompass.
  • Maintain good driving record and proof of vehicle insurance as defined in the Vehicle Safety Policy – Driver of Owned/Leased Vehicle Used for Business Purpose.
  • Personal appearance must always be professional – Company issued uniform only.
  • Must carry necessary equipment daily: recoup, tape, needed code date book (placed on Company issued phone).
  • Check Company assigned email daily and use Company assigned cell phone for any/all Company business.
  • Must have ability to work each scheduled day in each retail account as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Adhere to work schedule and start times each scheduled work shift.
  • Maintain reliable transportation and proof-of-vehicle insurance.
  • Ability to maintain repetitive work pace for entire shift.
  • Lift/carry up to 48 lbs. repetitively during entire shift.
  • Lift/carry up to 75 lbs. occasionally.
  • Push/pull up to approximately 1,800 lbs. (i.e. pallet jack).
  • Bend/stoop/crouch/squat throughout entire shift.
  • Use arms/wrists/hands/grasp throughout entire shift.
  • Climb stairs/ladder occasionally to frequently.
  • Work indoors during entire shift.
