You will be an integral part of our excellent management team, with the goal of delivering exemplary customer service to our loyal customers.

Automotive Service Manager

We are looking for a high-performing Service Manager and offer an EXCELLENT COMP. PACKAGE We are willing to offer PREMIUM PAY for the right candidate. You will be working with our Service Team to meet our customer service and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will also be responsible for maximizing our Fixed Operations potential when it comes to meeting objectives in customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Oversee the Service Department, Technicians, Service Advisors, Detailers, and Service Lane

  • Forecast goals and objectives for the department and strive to meet them
  • Work with the Parts Manager to ensure a timely turnaround of parts needed for internal jobs
  • Work with Staff to ensure customers vehicles are serviced properly and in a timely manner
  • Attend Manager meetings and conduct Service Department meetings
  • Must be results- driven, highly energized, and a customer service-oriented leader
  • Must have a passion for taking care of customers
  • Ensure funding is being sought for completed service work, along with our accounting team.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Motivate, train, develop, and reward employees
  • Will communicate with customers about maintenance and service work needed efficiently
  • Continue to maintain high standards for customer and employee satisfaction as well at manufacturer CSI scores.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Previous dealership Service Management Experience
  • Knowledge of dealership warranty process and policies; dealership financial statements; principles and processes for providing customer service
  • Experience with automotive software such as DealerFX/Wiadvisor, AutoSoft DMS is a plus. Our goal is to have our process completely digital.
  • The ability to identify causes of operating errors and the knowledge to create and implement corrective actions
  • The ability to use good judgment in challenging situations
  • A professional demeanor when interacting with customers
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record.
  • Resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
  • Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
