Job Description: Supervise daily operations on the floor, training staff, tracking tips, troubleshooting issues, solving problems, supervising staff, assisting staff when needed.

We are looking for people that love a fast paced upbeat Resort that will be able to supervise both Front of the House, Back of the House and Resort guests needs.

DUTIES:

Ensure Great Customer Service

Training

Overseeing opening/prep

During shift supervision

Overseeing closing/side work

Staffing needs

Guest Relations/Problem Solving

Manage inventory

Ensure good communication among staff members
