Responsibilities

Financial Guidance: Provide expert financial advice to customers, helping them navigate through various financing options and insurance products.

Compliance Oversight: Ensure all finance and insurance transactions comply with legal requirements and company policies.

Product Offerings: Present and explain available finance and insurance products to customers, assisting them in selecting the best options for their needs.

Paperwork Management: Efficiently handle all financial and insurance documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, offering ongoing support and assistance throughout their automotive purchasing experience.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and service teams to create a seamless and positive customer experience.


Requirements

Experience: Previous experience in automotive finance or related field.

Licensing: Valid driver's license and compliance with state licensing requirements.

Knowledge: Understanding of financing, insurance products, and industry regulations.
