RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
  • Work alongside your agencys team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Job contingent based on passed Property & Casualty license ahead of first day of employment.
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer
  • Statefarm experience and agent referral required
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
