HVAC Service Manager
Hialeah, FL

Salary: $35-$40/ HR

Skills Required:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Typing speed of minimum 40 wpm
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Ability to file documents
- Competent in using simple dispatching software (Preferably Payzer)
- Capable of using GPS tracking software
- Knowledge of billing through QuickBooks preferred or willingness to learn

Job Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments for service and maintenance with clientele
- Order replacement parts
- Dispatch personnel, track their location, and monitor progress throughout the day
- Keep a log of clock-in and clock-out times for each employee daily, to be submitted weekly
- Answer phones
- Bill service and maintenance invoices
- File paperwork
