Responsibilities:
- Lead the direction of our financial structure and systems.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices in a timely manner, producing monthly customer statements and resolving any discrepancies.
- Process payroll and ensure timely and accurate payment to employees.
- Conduct bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Ability to work with team members, develop trust with others and maintain clear lines of communication
- Solid conflict resolution skills
- Solid organizational skills and ability to continuously improve processes
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
Requirements:
- 5 + years in a finance role with related experience
- Strong ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.
- Hands on experience with development of spreadsheets
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Contractor/Construction experience preferred
- AIA progress billing experience preferred
- QuickBooks Online experience preferred
- Service Auto Pilot experience a plus
