Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The CSR will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for helping customers.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Process orders, handle payments, and manage transactions.
- Provide information about products and services, including pricing and availability.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- MUST be detail oriented.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
