Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer accounts, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Provide accurate and timely information on delivery ETAs, product details, and invoice inquiries.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the warehouse and clients, ensuring seamless communication and order fulfillment.
  • Handle high call volumes with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Deliver outstanding bilingual customer support in both English and Spanish.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 consecutive years of customer service experience, specifically in supplier or wholesale environments.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to manage high call volumes and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
