Salary: $90,000.
Compensation:$90,000
Responsibilities:- Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned pediatric medical clinics, including setting up/maintaining schedules, ensuring quality of care, and evaluating performance
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for efficient workflows, patient flow, and cost containment
- Monitor staff performance and evaluate patient care services to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and guidelines
- Maintain communication with other medical staff and departments to coordinate activities and address patient needs
- Develop and monitor budgeting and financial plans to ensure financial stability
- Bachelor's degree in health care administration, business administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of management experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in Pediatrics
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to acquire and accurately retain new subject matter
- Possess a valid US Work Authorization
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Maeville Pediatrics is a place where children can feel at home while receiving top-quality health care in a comforting setting. We are a private practice currently with two locations (Pearland and the medical center). Hours are monday through friday 8-5 and rotating saturdays from 8-12.
