WHO ARE YOU?

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive individual to join our team as a Public Area Attendant. The Public Area Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of all public areas within the hotel, ensuring that guests have a pleasant and comfortable environment throughout their stay.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain all public areas of the hotel, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and other communal spaces, according to established standards and procedures.
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust public areas regularly to remove debris and maintain cleanliness.
  • Clean and polish fixtures, furniture, and decorative items in public areas to ensure a well-maintained and attractive appearance.
  • Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in designated areas.
  • Monitor and replenish supplies, such as toiletries, paper products, and cleaning materials, in public restrooms and other areas as needed.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department for resolution.
  • Assist guests with inquiries and requests courteously and professionally.
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others.

¿QUIÉN ERES TÚ?

Estamos buscando a una persona meticulosa y proactiva para unirse a nuestro equipo como Asistente de Áreas Públicas. El Asistente de Áreas Públicas es responsable de mantener la limpieza y apariencia de todas las áreas públicas dentro del hotel, asegurando que los huéspedes tengan un ambiente agradable y cómodo durante su estadía.

Responsabilidades:

Limpiar y mantener todas las áreas públicas del hotel, incluyendo vestíbulos, pasillos, baños y otros espacios comunes, de acuerdo con los estándares y procedimientos establecidos. Barrer, trapear, aspirar y quitar el polvo de las áreas públicas regularmente para eliminar los desechos y mantener la limpieza. Limpiar y pulir accesorios, muebles y elementos decorativos en áreas públicas para garantizar una apariencia bien mantenida y atractiva. Vaciar los contenedores de basura y desechar los desechos en áreas designadas. Monitorear y reponer suministros, como artículos de tocador, productos de papel y materiales de limpieza, en baños públicos y otras áreas según sea necesario. Informar cualquier problema de mantenimiento o peligro de seguridad al departamento correspondiente para su resolución.
