We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Nursing Services (DNS) to join our nursing management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in long – term and skilled care, nursing leadership, a commitment to high-quality care, and a passion for serving our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department to ensure high standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures that promote optimal resident outcomes and satisfaction.
- Manage and mentor nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Coordinate resident care plans, working closely with physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and ensure the accuracy of resident records and documentation.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for nursing staff.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and service delivery.
- Serve as a liaison between the nursing staff and other departments within the residence.
- Participate in budget planning and resource allocation to maintain efficient and effective nursing operations.

- Valid RN license in the state of New Hampshire.
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role in Long Term Care.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices, long term healthcare regulations, and quality improvement principles.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
