Urgent Care Lead Veterinary Technician    

AcutePet Urgent Care is seeking a Lead Veterinary Technician to join us in opening a new urgent care center in West Chester, OH (opening July 25th).  We're building healthy and sustainable environments that are dedicated to our local communities, all while respecting life outside of work.  The possibilities are endless - come help define the future of veterinary medicine, developing a great team from the ground up

 Qualifications: Ideal candidates are passionate about providing colleagues, clients, and their pets with a great experience, while having fun at work.  Strong communication and organization skills.  Ability to teach and mentor.  Active RVT License is required, experience as a team leader or supervisor preferred.

Our lead technician will work collaboratively with the Practice Manager and Managing Doctor in helping to hire, train, and recruit our medical support team, set up the hospital, and help design and implement our medical protocols and procedures.  They will also provide guidance, training and feedback to the medical support team.
