Position Overview:
As a Customer Success Representative based in our vibrant Boston office, you will become an integral part of American innovation and business growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee comprehensive customer service functions, guaranteeing seamless project execution from inception to completion.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between sales teams, customers, and production departments, upholding the exceptional standards of quality and security synonymous with ABCorp.
  • Manage customer engagements with a focus on preserving the integrity and tradition of our Made in America commitment.
  • Engage in ongoing education about the latest manufacturing technologies and methodologies, actively contributing to and benefitting from ABCorp’s culture of innovation.

Qualifications:

  • A college diploma or its equivalent, with proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Infor Visual MFG is advantageous.
  • At least one year of experience in client service, preferably within the printing or manufacturing sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, resolve problems, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced and complex environment.
  • A strong interest in the manufacturing sector and a dedication to continuous learning and self-improvement.
