Position
Partners Dental Studio is looking for a doctor facing Graphic and CAD Designer to consult, design and facilitate the manufacturing of our custom sophisticated appliances. You will collaborate with other designers to create and fabricate our state of the art airway appliances. This position is an exciting opportunity to combine the exciting fields of CAD design and Dental.

Skills:
- Dental background is a plus but not necessary
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Proficient and comfortable with video conferencing software
- Familiar with CRM Systems and Practices
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Proven customer support experience
- Proficient with various technological user interfaces and platforms
Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of video conferences
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with doctors through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate and complete information by using the right tools
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Generate potential sales leads
- Handle Doctor complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within a timely manner.
- Collaborate in the designing and fabricating of our state of the art airway appliances
- Create and design various appliances for specific patient needs
- Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with a quality products
Below are the qualifications that are expected of a graphic designer:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum of two years experience in graphic design or CAD design
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a creative field is preferred
- Strong analytical skills
- Time management and organizational skills
