In this role, you are a key player providing excellence in customer service and administrative support for the department director, as well as our residents and visitors. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
  • Oversee visitor experience to the office with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • Answer phone calls and direct inquires to the appropriate party or department.
  • Assist residents with inquires, setting up transportation on our shuttle and other requests.
  • Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, faxing, manage mailing and petty cash.
  • Maintain time and attendance and scheduling for employees. 
  • Contact maintenance regarding any reports of service requested.
  • Assist with tours of the retirement community and other community events and functions.
  • Ensure compliance with organization policies and procedures.
In this Full-time position, your typical schedule will be Monday–Friday working 8:00am – 4:30pm.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
