Salary: $37,890 to $43,560 per month


Job Description:
   We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of warehouse activities, including receiving, organizing, and shipping products. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, able to work independently, and capable of handling physical work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Receive incoming shipments and check for accuracy and damages
  • Inspect products and report any quality issues to the supervisor
  • Organize and maintain inventory records for easy retrieval
  • Pick and pack orders according to specific instructions
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks using appropriate equipment
  • Operate forklifts or other machinery to move and store merchandise
  • Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the warehouse by following company guidelines


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a call center agent or in a similar customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and call center software (e.g., CRM tools).
  • Customer-oriented attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
