JOB OBJECTIVE: The job objective is to answer all phone calls, direct calls accordingly, greet and assist visitors in a professional manner. Assist Corporate Management teams with clerical tasks efficiently and effectively as needed.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Answer all phone calls professionally and courteously, and direct all calls to the proper department, individual or location.

2. Uphold Company standards for Customer Service. This includes exercising patience with drivers, customers, employees, and anyone else calling corporate office.

3. Greet and direst visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

4. Keep all office files and records organized, accounted for, and confidential. No information is to be released or distributed without permission. Ensure all information is stamped with the confidentiality stamp as instructed.

5. The Receptionist / Administrative Assistant must be well groomed and suitably dressed for work in an office establishment.

6. Must be able to maintain and uphold confidentiality.

7. Must be able to follow directions and familiar with all aspects of an office environment.

8. Must be able to operate office equipment, such as telephone, printer, copier, computer.

9. Must possess knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Word, Excel.

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Assist the management teams or any other position with the total operation of the office. And perform any other job assignments as required by management.

2. Assist with document retention and filing according to company standards, as well as local, state and federal laws.

3. Assist with typing of letters and data entry for cost details and other time sensitive tasks.

4. Assist with the sorting, pricing, and stocking of jewelry.

5. Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area.

6. Assist in general filing, research, mapping projects.

Requirements:

1. Constant use of fingers, both hands and arms.

2. Constant use of near vision, distant vision, and depth perception (must have average vision with or without the use of a visual aid).

3. Constant use of hearing. The Receptionist / Administrative Assistant must have average hearing with or without the use of a hearing device and must be able to communicate clearly and effectively over the telephone and driver communication device.

4. Constant sitting, standing, walking, and bending.

5. The Receptionist must be able to use a telephone and computer efficiently, effectively, and properly. The receptionist / administrative assistant must be able to write legibly and accurately.


Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
