Are you looking to break into the insurance industry? Great, your base salary will start at $31,000 and first year commissions are expected to be around $19,000


Are you an experienced insurance sales veteran looking for a change of scenery? Your base salary will start at $41,000 and our top earners made $36,000 in commission last year.

Responsibilities
  • Client Consultation: Listen to clients' insurance needs and offer personalized solutions.
  • Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls, addressing inquiries and providing information.
  • Policy Customization: Create tailored insurance plans to suit each client's requirements.
  • Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to enhance client coverage with additional policies.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong connections with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry updates to offer the best advice.

Requirements
  • Licensing: Possess or willing to obtain a Louisiana Property & Casualty License.
  • Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Customer-Focused: Committed to delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
  • Adaptability: Able to work effectively in a non-remote environment and collaborate with team members.
  • Team Player: Capable of working collaboratively and fostering positive relationships within the team.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and communication tools is a plus.
